Flour bags belong to the category of extra clean production in order to meet the most demanding requirements of the food industry. Due to the delicacy of the materials, the bags are in most cases equipped with a double or triple dustproof to prevent the leakage of flour through the seams, and a so-called coated fabric is chosen, which prevents moisture from penetrating the contents. Some operations also require that the bag be antistatic or directly conductive with the possibility of grounding.
Flour bags belong to the category of extra clean production, they differ from sugar bags mainly in the design of seams and frequent requirements for antistatic or conductive properties of the bag.
Conductive and antistatic bags
A special group of bags suitable for explosive environments or for transporting and storing potentially explosive materials. The bags are designed and tested according to the ČSN EN IEC 61340-4-4, ČSN EN 61340-2-3 standards.
Extra clean production bags
4-point bags with wide use in the food industry, manufactured according to the ISO 22000 standard and the FSSC 22000 scheme for most loose and bulky materials with a volume of up to 3 m³. The bags can be supplemented with construction or polyethyl
